Sales Representative
Do you want to make money? Do you enjoy a competition? We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell our products to medical professionals and veterinarians. This is a great opportunity to start or continue a medical laser sales career. You will have an opportunity to build your customer base, set your own hours, travel and build relationships with our customers. Job Description:
- Responsible for the sales of all OmniLase® product lines including Veterinary, Laser therapy, EVLT, etc.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding established Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales goals
- Maintains comprehensive and effective call plans that drive positive sales results.
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities and effectively manages leads.
- Demonstrates products and provides product education on technical and clinical aspects of products to customers, prospective customers and patients.
- Assists with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.
- Responds to customer needs and concerns to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Negotiates terms and conditions of sales within the limits of authority. Prepares price quotations and writes sales orders.
- Provide feedback to company engineering team aimed for developing solutions to customers’ needs.
- Cultivates customer relationships by initiating contact with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
- Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understands the trends in the industry and the Company’s position in the market.
- Identifies underlying problems affecting sales such as product features/performance, market conditions, and competitor actions.
- As required, prepares and submits reports on sales and marketing activities
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Laser Sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience calling on hospitals preferred.
- Experience working with distributors preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time. Most travel is local; however, some air-travel and overnight travel will be required.
- Requires air travel on occasional basis.
- Considerable time spent traveling in car to customer accounts.
